Tarifrunde Kfz-Handwerk Dritte Verhandlung im KFZ-Gewerbe gestartet: 800 Beschäftigte zeigen Arbeitgeber rote Karte!

In diesem Moment startet in Hannover die dritte Verhandlung im Kfz-Gewerbe in Niedersachsen. Bislang legten die Arbeitgeber kein Angebot vor. Daher zeigten in Hannover rund 800 Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus den Autohäusern der Region den Arbeitgebern die rote Karte!

Bezirksleiter Thorsten Gröger machte in seiner Rede deutlich, dass wir heute nicht hier sind um höflich zu bitten, sondern um kräftig Druck zu machen: „Jetzt ist Schluss! Bis heute haben sich bundesweit über 23.000 Kolleginnen und Kollegen an Aktionen und Warnstreiks beteiligt. Kommt heute nichts Substanzielles, kommt auch keine Ruhe in den Betrieben, dann drehen wir nochmal hoch!“

Die IG Metall fordert 6,5 % mehr Geld, 170 Euro mehr für Auszubildende und eine wirksame Entlastungskomponente.

Markus Wente, Verhandlungsführer der IG Metall stellt klar: „Die Erwartungshaltung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen ist hoch und steigt mit jeder Aktion und Verhandlung. Wir brauchen heute deutliche Bewegung der Arbeitgeberseite am Verhandlungstisch. Wir sind Handwerker, die liefern und labern nicht!“

Die IG Metall-Verhandlungskommission hat sich jedenfalls auf einen langen Tag vorbereitet.
