Die Bildungsarbeit der IG Metall ist Zweckbildung für das Engagement unserer Mitglieder und Funktionsträger in den Betrieben und der Gesellschaft. Wir verstehen Bildung als Grundlage für Lebensperspektiven und Berufschancen. Deshalb ergänzen sich bei uns politische Bildung und Fachbildung. Wir wollen Demokratie und Mitbestimmung in Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft. Das ist es, was unseren besonderen Blickwinkel ausmacht! Mit dem bezirklichen Bildungsprogramm bieten wir über 40 verschiedene Seminartypen und fast 180 Veranstaltungen an. Das Angebot nutzen jährlich nahezu 6.000 Teilnehmende.

Die Bildungsangebote der IG Metall für Aktive und Interessenvertreter*innen sind in verschiedene Stufen gegliedert, von Einführungsseminaren über Grundlagenschulungen bis hin zu Vertiefungsangeboten.

Information about your visit to our website is collected via cookies and transmitted to Google.
